Composer

"Human Zoo" - a short animated silent film made by Nottingham Trent University graphic design students with music scored by Ade Anifowose. The project was inspired by the "City of Rebels" theme and is to be performed live in concert by the BBC Concert Orchestra at Lakeside Arts.

Animal Migration” - a short animated silent film made by Sam Newman with music scored by Ade Anifowose. This project was inspired by the theme of 'Journeys' and was performed live in concert by the BBC Concert Orchestra at the Royal Concert Hall Nottingham. The concert was part of Nottingham's Soundstage Festival, celebrating the music of film, TV and gaming.

"The Dance" - A string quartet piece composed as part of Ade’s final year Portfolio of Compositions at the University of Nottingham. This is a recording of the Villiers Quartet who performed his piece live on Monday 8th December 2025 in the Djanogly Recital Hall.

"Commerce" - a short three and a half minute sequence extracted from Dziga Vertov's 1929 black and white silent film "The Man With a Movie Camera" with music scored by Ade Anifowose.

To A Star” - a public domain poem by Percy Bysshe Shelley, used as the text for this choral composition, and it reads as a proclamation to a star and a wonderment of all of its beautiful qualities. The piece was also inspired by the 'Sibelius Violin Concerto in D minor', 'The Lamb' by John Tavener, and 'Vinea Mea Electa' by Francis Poulenc. Just as Sibelius' concerto tells the story of love and romance, these same themes are implemented to express the wonderment of a star.

"Outdrawn" - a short animated silent film by Eric Cuiuzio with music scored by Ade Anifowose for the Indie Film Music Contest Summer 2023 competition.
